The answers given by the 2 doctors are very much correct. Hormone supplements can be another way to increase breast size. But please consult a gynaecologist /endocrinologist before anything.

It purely depends on your bmi ,hereditary or body type. But still we can attain good body shape via exercises and following a healthy diet routine. 

1.start waking up early morning with simple yoga steps .you can refer medias.

2.drink a glass or previous day boiled water before you have anything else in the morning

3.include boiled egg +your breakfast 

4.include a glass of almond milk.or dates milk.

5.lunch should contain fish if you are non veg. Else include lentils or peas dishes or curries made in ghee

6.eat any of sesame seeds,drumstick or leaves,alfafa sprouts,other leafy greens on a daily basis

The factors that affect the size and shape of breasts are body weight, genetics and hormones. I believe you already know about this. One of the methods is surgery. Some products are also available in market such as supplements, creams, enlargement pumps etc. But none have shown strong evidence that these methods are effective.   

If you don’t want to go through any surgery or highly marketed products there are some ways that you can do.

1.       Exercise

Exercises that focus on the pectorals, back, and shoulder muscles can help to firm and tone the chest muscles behind your breast tissue and improve your posture.  You can consult a certified trainer and ask for exercises.

2.       Healthy eating

Healthy diet and eating will increase Estrogen level in your body which in turn gives you a beautiful body as you desired. Compilations of foods that can be consumed are

  • Nuts and oil seeds
  • Soy products
  • Legumes
  • Vegetables
  •  Fruits

3.       Breast Massage

Breast massages not only helps to create a good shape to your breast but also reduce risk of breast cancer too. You can consult a doctor to know more about techniques and other details.
