I do agree with Dr sheeja, pentaxim vaccine is available in all primary health centres.  If pentaxim vaccine is not available in health centres then you have to talk with the director of the health service and make sure the availability of the vaccine.

Pentaxim vaccine is available in all primary health centres (PHCs). You can just google it and check primary health centres in your location.

Pentaxim is not readily available in most of the hospitals for the time being. If your child doesnot have any neurological complaints or any related problems , quadravac injection which is readily available can be taken. Just give the child paracetamol after the vaccination
